The sky layer doesn't repeat by design. It is supposed to remain static while the other layers move in front of it. You can see this happen in the example video. This allowed for a color gradient in the sky, making it a bit more dramatic.

The parallax is absolutely stunning!
There is one problem with it though, and that is the bg_sky.png image, because it doesn't wrap around so you get a non-continues loop when using it.

They are free to use in commercial projects, but not to resale.
Will there be more in the future to purchase? They are really pretty.
